The Mueller town center district will be a new urban neighborhood that brings people together to live, work and play in the heart of Mueller. The lively streets of the town center district will feature a diverse mix of high-quality national, regional and local retail, restaurant and entertainment options. The town center district will also be home to more than one third of Mueller’s residents and to hundreds of jobs as the hub of the Mueller employment centers. It’s the ideal setting for boutiques and bars, movie houses and malt shops, fine dining and casual cuisine, artists and artisans, professionals and slackers, and just about everything in between. Town Center Town Hall In August 2008, Catellus invited residents, neighbors and stakeholders around Austin to participate in a town hall style meeting to gather feedback on the future Mueller town center. This document summarizes the results, lists notes from the many discussion groups and includes preliminary results from the town center survey. The Town Center Survey Thank you to all those who shared their ideas at the Town Center Town Hall. If you were unable to attend, please take a moment to share your feedback in a brief online survey. Public input will help inform the planning process. Click here to get started.
