The Mueller vision of a diverse mixed-use urban village in the heart of Austin includes a variety of retail components—regional retail, the Mueller town center, and neighborhood-serving retail. Grocery retail, to serve both Mueller residents and the larger community, has been a key part of that vision, and the original Mueller master plan called for a grocery anchor in the town center. Since then, with the evolution of Mueller, of the Austin market, and of the grocery retail industry, the Mueller team is now considering a variety of options for how to best incorporate grocery at Mueller....

The Mueller Community Associations’ Landscape Committee invites you to the: Mueller Plant Fest: Home and Prairie. Have Master Gardeners answer your lawn, landscape and vegetable gardening questions. Learn how to bring the plants and wildlife of the Blackland Prairie to your home landscape. Learn from experts ranging from Master Naturalists, to Master Gardeners, to representatives from the Lady Bird Johnson Wildflower Center. Entertain the youngsters with plant-oriented activities. Bring a lunch and picnic in the dozens of acres of parkland.

Construction on the 165,000-square-foot building that houses the Seton Family of Hospitals administration functions is complete and Mueller is excited to welcome the nearly 650 employees who are making the move to Mueller. Located adjacent to Dell Children’s Medical Center on the northwest side of Mueller, the headquarters, set to officially open in February, will include Seton’s administrative, human resources, legal services, communications, marketing and planning departments. The PUD is the basic and very general zoning that governs the project. It sets forth the maximum amount of commercial space and residential development that can occur in the project, as well as establishes the uses allowed and maximum amounts of space within particular districts, or land use areas. For over two years, changes to the current PUD have been contemplated. These proposed changes have been filed with the City of Austin after several public discussions.
