Construction has started on 300+ homes in Mueller’s next-to-last section of homes. This section offers a variety of home types and a wide price range from homebuilders CalAtlantic Homes, Centerra Homes, David Weekley Homes and The Muskin Company.
Buyers can choose from eight different home styles, including:
This latest section is located between Vaughan, Philomena, Tilley and Zach Scott streets. Homebuyers can inquire about floor plans and pricing by directly contacting the participating homebuilders. The section also includes a slate of income-qualifying homes as part of Mueller’s Ready, Set, Own! Affordable Homes Program. The homes will be available to households who earn up to 80 percent of Austin’s Median Family Income (MFI). Additional housing will also be available for income-qualifying buyers earning up to 120 percent MFI.
The announcement follows the openings of three additional multifamily communities that offer a number of affordable residences: DMA Companies’ Aldrich 51, Greystar’s Overture and AMLI on Aldrich. Upon completion, Mueller will have delivered at least 25 percent (approximately 1,475) income-qualifying residences of the projected 6,200+ total homes, apartments and condos planned at Mueller.
