An events pavilion is coming to Mary Elizabeth Branch Park at the northeast corner of Philomena and Aldrich streets. Designed by The Lawrence Group, the pavilion will have a simple, yet sophisticated design that will feature:

Restore, the leading retail provider of hyper wellness services in the U.S., founded and headquartered in Austin, is coming to Aldrich Street this fall. Both the Cinema and the Diamond buildings along Aldrich Street have earned high ratings from the Austin Energy Green Building (AEGB) program. The Cinema Building earned three stars, while the finish out of the Alamo Drafthouse building earned four stars. The Diamond Building also earned four stars through the program.
The Cinema Building also earned LEED-silver certification and the Diamond Building earned LEED-Gold certification from the U.S. Green Building Council.

The new Austin Energy headquarters is scheduled to break ground this summer along Mueller Boulevard between Philomena and Garcia streets, on the same block as Texas Mutual Insurance. Austin Energy anticipates moving in by Q2 2021, weather permitting.
The four-story building will feature approximately 275,000 sf of office space to accommodate approximately 900 to 1,100 employees. McCann Adams Studio has been involved with Mueller since nearly the beginning, and is now planning to move its offices from downtown Austin to the Diamond Building this summer. The storefront space will be on the Aldrich Street Paseo between Lick Honest Ice Cream and B.D. Riley’s. More employees are coming to Mueller. Just last week: two big announcements. Austin Energy plans to consolidate their operations with a 275,000-square-foot building on Mueller Blvd. between Philomena and Garcia streets. Lash Lounge is officially joining the mix of retailers and restaurants locating to Aldrich Street in December.
Noelle Boyle, franchise owner of Lash Lounge Austin, has been closely connected to the Mueller neighborhood. Kerbey Lane Café, best known for its pancakes and queso as well as its long history of sourcing local ingredients, is opening soon in Mueller. The 5,650-square-foot café is located on the ground floor of the Texas Mutual Insurance Co. headquarters building on Aldrich Street between Garcia and Philomena streets.
Some area residents have had this on their wish list for years. In 2013, approximately 100 participants staged an “eat in” at the original restaurant in hopes of advancing the idea of a Mueller location.
