The Muskin Company recently broke ground on three new row houses on Threadgill Street, adjacent to the planned Pecan Street commercialization lab and across the street from Wildflower Terrace. Muskin is working with architect Michael Hsu to design the homes. Hsu’s creative work can be admired all throughout Austin at dining spots like Haddington’s, Fino and Olivia, and commercial spaces such as Mellow Johnny’s and 4200 North Lamar. You can also see some of his work at Mueller with the inspired custom home he designed for Muskin located on Camacho Street facing Lake Park. See the custom home Hsu designed in Mueller.
In keeping with the Mueller neighborhood design, the new two-story row houses will feature welcoming front porches, alley-loaded garages and native landscaping. The houses are currently under construction and interested homebuyers can learn more at http://www.muelleraustin.com/homes/now-selling.
