An affordable re-sale home is a home that was initially purchased by a qualified homebuyer through the Mueller Affordable Homes Program that now the homebuyer desires to sell. The Mueller Foundation elects to purchase the home from the initial homebuyer and re-sell to another qualified homebuyer in order to keep it in the Affordable Homes Program.
