Catellus is currently developing the roads, utilities and lots for a new residential section consisting of 221 single-family homes just east of Mueller’s future town center. A wide variety of home types will be built by David Weekley Homes, Standard Pacific Homes, Streetman Homes and Canada-based builder Homes by Avi.

- 24 Mueller House Condominiums in four buildings by Standard Pacific Homes

The new section of homes will be bordered by Philomena, Mattie and Simond streets along Berkman Drive. Weather permitting, the construction on the homes is expected to begin in summer 2012 with the first move-ins anticipated by the end of the year.
