The Mueller Affordable Homes Program includes 25% (approximately 1,425 at completion) of the total for-sale and for-rent residences throughout the community.
Each phase of new construction of for-sale homes may have more or less than 25% of those homes in the Affordable Homes Program, as long as the community in whole reaches 25%. For-sale affordable homes will be interspersed alongside market-rate housing within each phase.
Listed below are the steps to homeownership.
Look through the resources and Affordable Homes here at www.MuellerAustin.com or contact one of Mueller’s affordable homebuilders to learn more about the Affordable Homes Program. If you are represented by a real estate agent it is recommended that the agent accompany you to your first meeting with the affordable homebuilder.
Get your questions answered and decide if homeownership is right for you. Review the Mueller Affordable Homes FAQs along with the Eligibility Guidelines (summarized below) to determine if you might qualify for the Program. Mueller affordable homebuilders will also have additional resources for review such as more detailed FAQs, disclosures and information on any homeowner assistance programs available.
After meeting with the homebuilder, submit your Pre-Qualification Application, Income Eligibility Application and application fee (for processing) to the homebuilder’s preferred lender, if required.
