ProLogis has responded proactively to these trends in the following ways:

• In February 2007, ProLogis became the first real estate company in the world to join the Chicago Climate Exchange, the world's first voluntary greenhouse gas emissions reduction and carbon credit trading program.

• ProLogis is the first U.S. real estate company to issue a sustainability report in accordance with standards set by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI), a non-profit organization sponsored by the United Nations Environmental Programme. Released in April 2007, the report provides detailed information about ProLogis' economic, social and environmental performance during 2006. The report will be updated annually and made available as a companion document to the company's annual report to shareholders.
